Wasema is seeking nominations for members to be elected to the Board at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on
14th September 2022 Wednesday 7.00 pm with the meeting to be held both via ZOOM Video Conferencing.

All 9 positions are vacant on the Board, including
Previous board and Governance related experience is preferred for the office bearer roles.
Board members, as a minimum, are required to have;
